You can copy, adapt, redistribute, even commercially, as long as you:

• Credit PlantSage with a link back to the source page
• License derivative works under the same CC-BY-SA 4.0
• Note any changes you made

• Use for learning, research, gardening, foraging, professional practice.
• Use the API and data per the license above.
• Don't scrape aggressively — be reasonable. The sitemap.xml and RSS feeds are there for bulk access.
• Don't submit spam, misinformation, copyrighted material you don't own, or anything that endangers health.
• Don't use the site to impersonate others or misrepresent traditional / clinical sources.

This does not limit any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes resolved in Bucharest courts unless EU consumer law gives you protective home-jurisdiction rights.
