Read before you brew

Plants are not pharmacy substitutes. A short note from the editors before any blend leaves the worktop.

01

Pregnancy & lactation

A handful of plants are contraindicated during the first trimester. The engine flags these on every recipe, and substitutes a safer equivalent on request.

02

Pharmaceutical interactions

If you are on an SSRI, anticoagulant, or sedative medication, the builder will compare your blend against the EMA/HMPC interaction tables.

03

Quantity & duration

Most herbal blends are intended for short, defined courses. The dosage panel reminds you of the recommended duration for every formula.
