Its native range includes Amur, China North-Central, China South-Central, China Southeast, Hainan, Inner Mongolia, Japan, Jawa, Korea, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, as well as regions like Primorye, Manchuria, and the Nansei-shoto and Ogasawara-shoto islands. One distinctive feature is its ability to grow in diverse habitats across a wide geographical range, contributing to its adaptability and resilience.
