Send a recipe, a folk remedy, an observation, or a correction. While PlantSage is moving away from live paid database compute, public submissions are handled by email. Nothing is published before an editor checks it.

The submission

This avoids failed database writes now that the live Neon database is being removed from public pages. Include the plant name, what should be added or corrected, and any source or provenance you have.

A recipe
A traditional preparation: ingredients, ratios, method.
A folk remedy
A traditional use, ideally with source, person, or region.
A suggestion
Something we should add, change, or feature.
A field observation
Where you spotted a plant, how it grows in your region.
A correction to a plant
Something wrong or incomplete about a species profile.
A question
Ask the editors. The best ones may become public guides.
No public moderation queue is active
The old submit form has been disabled intentionally. It depended on a paid live database. A free queue or file-based workflow can be added later without blocking the static site.
