Start with a simple, water-loving annual plant that's easy to grow from seed.
Wild Rice seeds, containers or a pond, potting soil, and water.
Plant in spring after the last frost when temperatures are above 10°C (50°F).
Use light, medium, or heavy soil with a pH between 6.4-7.4. Ensure containers have good drainage.
