The method step-by-step
- 1Get high-quality powder
Buy bulk dried herb, mill to fine powder in clean coffee grinder. Or buy pre-powdered from reputable suppliers.
- 2Choose capsule size
Size 00 fits most. Use clear veggie capsules (HPMC) if avoiding animal gelatin.
- 3Fill manually or with a capsule machine
Hand-filling: tedious but free. Machine ($20-40): batch 100 caps in 5 min. Pack — don't compress hard, you want consistent dose.
- 4Store airtight
Powders are hygroscopic. Use silica gel packs in the bottle for long storage.
